All UK orders are shipped via DPD Next Day Tracked.

Upon dispatch you will be emailed confirmation along with your tracking number.

Same day dispatch cut off time is 1pm. All orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next working day.

The majority of deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained.

If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is. You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if this is more convenient for you.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship internationally, and a large portion of our orders are sent to Europe. Please choose your geographical zone when checking out, we ship all international orders via airmail, should you require clarification or wish to choose a different method for your order please contact us. Trackable services are available at checkout.

Please note that whilst we endeavour to ship your products within the specified time frame, your products are due to customs inspection and clearance, which may delay your item by approximately 1-2 days. 

When ordering outside of United Kingdom, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Frumist Ltd has no control over these charges, nor can Frumist Ltd predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates, which are out of our control.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest:

  • Providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
